‘MP3 to Ringtone Master’ is supposed to help you create your own ringtones from MP3, WAVE, or audio CD. If you are bored with your phone ringtone, or you want to have a different ringtone than the ones your phone offers you, or simply, you want your favorite song on your mobile, you might use this program.
The program is very easy to use because it has no complicated menus. All its features are displayed on the main window. The eight types of output files (WAV, MMF, AMR, MID, MP3, 3GP, AAC, MP4) are listed in the toolbar. Also, the other three features, ‘Open Audio File’, ‘Rip from CD’ and ‘Play’, are listed but I was surprised to see that the icons next to them doesn’t work and you need to click on the text to start the desired feature. After opening an audio file you’ll see the wave view, and you can select a part of it by left clicking on a starting position and holding the left click, drag as much as you want to select. If you want to redefine the selected area but do not want to repeat the above process, you can left click and hold on the margins of the selected area an then redefine it.
The user interface offers you a lot of features and is very easy to use.
