Online Video Downloader is a small, free, and very useful tool for downloading online media content, more exactly FLV files.
Using its built-in search feature, you can start a search directly from the program window. You can search for favorite video files on YouTube and GoogleVideo. The program opens a new Internet Explorer Window with your search results. In order to grab a video file, you need to paste the URL into the program window and click ‘Get’. Then the video is downloaded just like any other file.
When saving a file, you need to pay attention. Make sure that the file is saved as .FLV document. If in the file saving dialogue window the file appears to be saved as ‘*all files’, you have to manually add the ‘.FLV’ extension at the end of the file name.
