FairStars Audio Converter 1.68
As the title suggests, ‘FairStars Audio Converter’ is a conversion tool for audio files. It supports almost all known audio file types like MP3, WMA, ASF, RM, RA, AU, SVX, OGG, FLAC, APE, VQF, and many others. Moreover, it can also output file types like MP3, OGG, VQF, WMA, FLAC, APE, and WAV. You have a few settings to make for each output types, if you want to get the desired result. 
This simple program also features a player to listen to the selected tracks. Unfortunately, when you play a track and try to start another, you find out that to work you have to stop the first one. The demo version converts only 3 minutes of each track and if they are bigger, the track is cut after that time.
The user interface is very simple, but it looks old. You have only a few buttons, besides the player buttons.
